BACK LANE ALLOTMENT ASSOCIATION

BLAA’s AGM will be held at 7.30pm on Tuesday 13th October, in the Reading Room Chalfont St Giles.
We do hope that you will be able to attend and we set out the agenda below. We would be grateful if you would confirm your attendance at the AGM. Use the Contact tab above.
We would welcome and encourage volunteers to join the Committee and if this is something that you are interested in, then please let us know either on the night as you arrive or use the contact page above beforehand.
If you have not already done so, would you please let us have a note of your email address either beforehand or on the night of the AGM. Further, if you have any issues or ideas that you would like to be discussed in “Any other business” then please make these known to us as soon as possible.
Finally, an important reminder to bring your pumpkins along to the AGM. The categories are below and there will be small prizes for the winners. The categories are,

Chalfont St. Giles Village Show
The BLAA stall at the village stall proved popular with everyone, and suitably impressed the shows organiser who awarded our stall the “Jester Cup”. Sale of the produce supplied by BLAA members provided a useful boost to the associations funds and we also had great success in publicising the Allotments, with a number of potential new members expressing an interest, and six who signed up on the day.
